Builder reputation toh #1 factor hai, koi doubt nahi. Lekin current market conditions bhi dekhni padti hain. Gurugram mein abhi rates upar ja rahe hain, toh log thoda compromise kar rahe hain. Par long-term ke liye quality hi matter karti hai, warna resale value aur maintenance mein bahut fark padta hai.
