Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Raj Nagar Extension and Indirapuram. We need a 3BHK for the kids and my wife's priority is safety and good amenities. Saw projects by Gaurs and Mahagun. Are their construction quality issues real? And do they actually deliver the promised amenities like play areas? Getting mixed reviews.

Bhai, you're not wrong to be concerned. Gaurs ka toh sunna hai ki construction quality mein compromises karte hain, especially in projects that are nearing possession. My cousin booked in one of their projects near Ahinsa Khand II and the finishing work was so shoddy, they had to spend extra on re-doing a lot of things. Amenities ki toh baat hi chhod do, swimming pool ka kaam aaj tak poora nahi hua hai, bolte rehte hain next quarter. It's a common tactic to show grand plans but deliver basic stuff.
