Site visits: Supertech vs. ATS, honestly not impressed

Okay I'll be honest – super area vs carpet area games are still on. Supertech's promises seem too good to be true, right? ATS Green's construction quality looks better initially, but what about hidden charges later? Has anyone faced issues with either builder after possession? I'm worried about long-term maintenance.
