Site visits to Prestige City and Keya Life – thinking about handover surprises

Sarjapur Road – my latest property hunt has me scratching my head. I'm looking at Prestige City and Keya Life By The Lake. From my experience, possession is where the real surprises hit. Has anyone recently taken handover from either builder? I'm curious about the actual possession experience, especially regarding amenities promised versus what was really delivered. Also, what's the word-of-mouth among residents after a few years? I'm trying to avoid post-handover headaches with society maintenance or builder support.
