Site visits: What I'm checking at Kesar Garden

Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, yaar. Builders ki marketing spin I can see through easily, but site pe actual construction quality judge karna is tough, especially jab sab plaster ho jaata hai. For Kesar Garden Apartment, I'm trying to figure out the real deal with the structure. Most buyers just see the show flat, but what about the hidden stuff inside walls? I always try to check the brickwork, wiring conduits, aur plumbing lines before they seal it all up. Is there any specific area in Kesar Garden where you guys noticed shoddy work even during under-construction phase? Any red flags you spotted about slab quality or column finish, jo baad mein cracks ban sakte hain? Off the record, site engineers se kya info mili thi? This kind of insider info is gold for us.
