Site visits: What small things add up to huge hidden costs?
Site visits are seriously eye-opening, I tell you. I went to see a Salarpuria Sattva project near Kukatpally, and the show flat was amazing. But then I started looking at the common areas, parking, and even the electrical panel. Honestly, I had no idea kitna kuch check karna hota hai. Like, is it just me ya builder log these days don't really show you the exact power backup setup? Or what about the actual fit and finish of common lobbies? My parents keep saying these small things add up big time later. What else should I be looking for during a site visit that builders usually hide or don't mention? What are the hidden costs beyond registration and interiors jo baad mein pata chalte hain? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kaise plan karoon yeh sab. Any tips on what to ask for?
