Siwas Infra in Knowledge Park 5: My spot discount dilemma
Been renting in Noida Extension for 5 years now, and I'm seriously fed up. Finally looking to buy a 2BHK in Knowledge Park 5. Visited Siwas Infra, unka price list ₹78L for a 2BHK is making me re-think. They're pushing this 'spot discount' thing hard if you book today. Is this spot discount real, ya sirf buyer ko rush karne ka tactic? Matlab, kitna negotiate kar sakte hain in general? Aur payment plan mein construction-linked better hai ya down payment with discount? Not sure if I should wait for more offers, but rent ki EMI banani hai.
