Six months into house hunting, and I'm honestly so drained. I'm fed up of renting in Noida Extension, landlord just hiked rent again. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK around ₹70-80L. I've been looking at projects by Gaursons, ACE, and ATS in sectors like 107. My biggest worry is project delays and communication. Heard horror stories about builders going silent. Also, what's the real construction quality like after possession? Is it worth paying a premium for ATS or is Gaursons decent enough? Any experiences with their customer support after booking? Don't want to get stuck with a non-responsive builder.

Bhai, your pain is real! Noida Extension mein rent toh aise badh raha hai jaise property prices. 70-80L for a 2BHK is a decent budget, but in Sector 107, ATS is definitely premium. Gaursons ke projects bhi ache hain but check their RERA timelines properly. Don't rush into anything just because you're tired of renting.
Sahi kaha,
Exactly! RERA timelines are key. Gaursons ka ek project Ajayabpur mein bhi delay hua tha.
