Sizzle White Willows amenities don't justify premium
₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sizzle White Willows feels steep, especially when I'm looking at it as an investment. I work in real estate, but when it's my own money, sab kuch alag lagta hai, yaar. Builders bahut amenities dikhate hain brochure mein, but sahi mein kya yeh extra cost justify karta hai? Matlab, clubhouse, sports facilities, green areas – yeh sab marketing ka part hai ya actually tenant attraction mein help karta hai? Will someone pay higher rent just for a fancy clubhouse jo maybe 5% log use karte hain? Ya resale mein value add hota hai? Maintenance charges toh high honge hi for such facilities. But is it value for money? Or just a burden after a year? Off the record, what's the actual ROI on these 'premium' amenities in Bengaluru projects?
