Sizzle White Willows: Build quality and charges worrying me

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but Sizzle White Willows' build quality has me worried. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Saw cracks, cheap fittings. Are maintenance charges there actually worth it? Or just for ghost facilities? Anyone faced real issues post-possession?
