Sizzle White Willows: What's the real rental yield?
The 'completed project' premium for Sizzle White Willows feels overinflated, honestly. I'm looking at it for investment, but what's the actual rental yield here? And the resale market liquidity? Worried about a ghost society if investor ratio is too high. Change my mind.

My cousin bought a flat in a similar 'boutique' project near Agrahara Layout a few years back, just 40 units. He thought 'exclusivity' was the key. Now he's struggling to find tenants who will pay enough to cover his EMI, let alone get a good yield. The maintenance charges are also super high because fewer units means less sharing the burden. Resale ke liye bhi koi buyer nahi mil raha, sabko bade societies chahiye with more buzz. It can definitely turn into a ghost society if not careful.
U3,
Oh god, that's a nightmare! Which builder was that, if you don't mind sharing?
U3, that's exactly my fear! I saw a similar situation in Adigara Kallahalli. Small projects look fancy but become a headache later. What was your cousin's rental yield initially?
I actually visited the site. The amenities are good, and it's ready-to-move. That's a big plus for me, no construction delays tension. But yeah, the price point is a bit steep.
Totally agree with the post! ₹1.4 Cr for just 58 units in a completed project? That sounds like a recipe for a very niche market. Resale value will be a huge concern, especially if it's mostly investors. I'm a first-time buyer, and this kind of investment risk scares me.
But what if the location is prime? Have you guys checked the exact area? Sometimes smaller projects in good spots do well. Kya koi aur options hai is price range mein?
Haan bhai, same thought! My budget is also around that, but not for something this risky. Lagta hai aur wait karna padega.
