Sk Independent Floors: Is investor upside already gone?
Been tracking Delhi properties for a while, and Sk Independent Floors looks interesting. Since it's completed, is there still good capital appreciation potential for investors? From my experience, sometimes the real upside is pre-completion. What kind of rental yield are people actually getting here? And most importantly, how liquid is its resale market? Easy exit strategy banegi kya?

Sk Independent Floors ka post dekha. Completed project hai toh capital appreciation ka scope thoda kam lagta hai na? Usually pre-completion mein hi asli upside hoti hai. Aur ye 'RERA Not Applicable' ka kya scene hai bhai? Delhi mein independent floors ke liye RERA guidelines kya hain? Thoda risky nahi lagta ye? Builder ka background check kaise karein bina RERA number ke?
Haan, RERA usually 8 units se kam projects pe apply nahi hota. Sk Independent Floors mein toh sirf 4 units hain,
