What's the real story with SK Olive Green's amenities post-possession? I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different, so I'm looking for honest, off-the-record opinions. Brochure mein toh sab gold standard lagta hai, but actual delivery ka kya scene hai? Especially the clubhouse and gym, are they actually usable daily or just for show? And construction quality, yaar, site visit pe sab sahi lagta hai but 1-2 saal baad cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? I'm worried about maintenance charges too – do they match the service quality? Any current residents or recent buyers can shed some light? Planning a visit soon, what should I look for?
Kids have moved out, and we're looking to downsize from our big house. SK Olive Green in Delhi looks manageable, price-wise it's okay at ₹60L. But is it genuinely good for daily living, or just on paper? We want something with a good society vibe, not too isolated for older folks. How are the actual amenities, like the elevator service? Also, what are the maintenance charges like, and how close are reliable hospitals from there? Really appreciate any honest feedback from residents.
Budget set, loan pre-approved for SK Olive Green. ₹60L mein, iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Mujhe lagta hai investor ratio bohot high hai, ghost society ka risk hai. Long term ROI pe doubt hai. Change my mind.
₹90 lakh for Shiv N Sai vs ₹60 lakh for SK Olive Green. I'm upgrading from 2BHK. Is Shiv N Sai's premium justified for better carpet area and useful amenities? Total cost is key, already have a home loan.
