Sk Shri Shyam green areas are more marketing than value
₹35,000 rent per month for 6 years is just too much, fed up of that money going nowhere. I'm finally taking the plunge into New Delhi real estate, looking for something investor-friendly. Sk Shri Shyam Apartment was on my list, seemed decent on paper. But honestly, I'm stuck on the actual value of amenities. Those 'green areas' and 'landscaping' often look great in brochures but turn out to be tiny, unusable patches. Does anyone think these cramped spaces genuinely attract higher-paying tenants or add resale value? Or is it just a checklist item that inflates prices? Same with security systems — are the CCTV and visitor management actually robust, or just for show? Not sure if these amenities truly justify the premium or just mean higher maintenance charges later on.
