₹1.58 Cr for a 2BHK in SKA Destiny One... I'm thinking about the future resale. Ek trick jo maine seekhi hai, investor-to-end-user ratio check karna. Agar zyada investors hain, resale difficult ho sakti hai. Kya kisi ne is project ka current price trend dekha hai? And what about the actual resale liquidity for investors?
