Just moved into SKA Greenarch, Sector 93. Rent vs EMI, the math is tough right now, ngl. Anyone else regretting buying instead of renting? Also, PLC charges, total scam hai!

I was considering SKA Greenarch. What's the sqft rate you paid, U1? And what's the carpet area like? They always inflate the super area!
Bhai, I feel you! I bought in Paras Tierea last year, and the interest rates are eating me alive. Should've rented for longer. Sector 137 mein rent abhi bhi reasonable hai.

PLC is a standard practice, unfortunately. But yeah, the math gets real when you add it all up. Did you factor in maintenance charges too?
U2, Paras Tierea? Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Patience, dost. Rental yield is crap compared to potential appreciation. Plus, you're building equity!
