Most builders promise full power backup but it's usually just for show. I'm looking at SKA Greenarch in Greater Noida, and honestly, buying for myself is different. I know what marketing says, but what's the ground reality for power backup? Full flat backup milta hai ya sirf common areas? Also, water supply, is it reliable, ya tanker mangwana padta hai often? Aur elevators ka maintenance response time kaisa hai? Thinking of blocking a unit this week, so real resident feedback would be super helpful. Kya bolte ho, community?
