Mera relative wahan rehta hai. Possession mila tha December 2021 mein, as per the RERA timeline, but finishing work was still pending in many flats. Bahut struggle karna pada. Water seepage issues in the basement parking bhi sunne mein aaye hain. Current market conditions in Noida are also not super strong, so think twice before investing a huge amount like ₹1.6 Cr.

Jin logon ko possession mil gaya hai, did you face any hidden charges during final payment? And what about the maintenance charges, are they reasonable or exorbitant? This is a major concern for first-time buyers like us, as budget is tight.
Maintenance charges are okay, but the quality of maintenance is where the problem starts. Lift breakdowns, common area cleaning issues, security staff turnover – these are daily struggles. My friend lives there, and he says the noise from the nearby highway is also a big issue, especially on higher floors. Air quality is also a concern in the whole Ajayabpur belt, not just SKA.
Haan, hidden charges toh builders ka common tactic hai. SKA Metro Ville mein bhi kuch logon ne electricity meter installation aur club membership ke naam par extra pay kiya. Maintenance charges around ₹3 per sqft hain, which is okay but could be better given the services.
Brochure aur reality mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai, bhai. Especially in Noida. Always verify everything yourself.
Absolutely agreed. I checked SKA Metro Ville's RERA number UPRERAPRJ16460. Possession date 2021-12-01 thi, but kai logon ko delays face karne pade honge, suna hai. Total 1062 units hain, itna bada project hai toh quality control issue toh aate hi hain. Plus, the price range of ₹89 L – ₹1.6 Cr feels a bit high for the current amenities, considering other options in Alpha I Greater Noida.
Sahi kaha! Mera friend Alistonia Estate mein phasa tha, same story. Builders ki marketing teams toh sab kuch perfect dikhati hain. SKA Metro Ville ka bhi mujhe doubt ho raha hai, considering the area ka development pace.
