Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Destinaire is probably more than that. SKA Orion should be slightly less. Do a proper comparison of carpet area and price per sqft.

U6, I visited Destinaire last month. The play area looked good, but it was crowded. SKA Orion's seemed smaller but less crowded. Depends on your preference.
Crowded is always a problem, specially weekends. Check for sports facilities too, U6. My kid loves cricket nets.
