SKA Orion vs Swaraj Homes: Which is better?
Guys, I'm so confused! SKA Orion looks fancy, but that price! Is it REALLY worth almost double Swaraj Homes? I'm a first-time buyer, so I don't know much. My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer. SKA Orion is under construction, right? Also, is the carpet area in Orion as good as they claim? Honestly, which one would you pick for actual living, not just investment? Help!

Totally understand your confusion, yaar! SKA Orion does look good, but the under-construction risk is real. My uncle got stuck with a project near Alpha I Greater Noida for years. Parents are right, ready-to-move is less headache. Swaraj Homes has been around forever, right?
Haan, Swaraj Homes toh established hai. But 2002 ka possession means it's an old building now. You'll probably have higher renovation costs and older infrastructure. Ready-to-move is safe
