Sky Height: Do amenities live up to the hype?

Sky Height in Ghaziabad keeps popping up for a 3BHK. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. The 65L price point feels okay, but I'm worried about the actual apartment layout and carpet area efficiency. Are the amenity promises just on paper, or do they feel genuinely useful for daily life? What's the real vibe like there?

Yaar, Sky Height ka naam toh suna hai, but 'Upcoming' status se thoda darr lag raha hai. 2025-12-01 possession date bhi kaafi door hai. Aur RERA number 'Not Applicable' kyu dikha raha hai? Kya yeh legal hai? 65L mein Ghaziabad mein aur options bhi hain, but 3BHK ka space chahiye. Confused hoon.
