My big concern is construction quality affecting resale value aur future rental income. Kya builder actual mein achha material use karta hai? Suna hai initial years mein hi seepage aur fitting issues aate hain. Maintenance charges ka bhi kya scene hai? Does it justify the service, ya bas bills badhte jaate hain?
