What's the real capital appreciation story for Skylark Arcadia Phase 2? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there for investment. Is the price jump worth it for long-term ROI? Kya iska resale market liquid hai? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal baad bechna pade, toh buyers milenge ya nahi? Also, what's the actual rental yield people are getting there? Brochure mein toh figures bohot achhe dikhate hain, but practical mein kya scene hai? Already have a home loan, so need to be smart about this.

Resale market liquid hona toh door ki baat hai, is range mein buyers dhundhna hi mushkil ho jaata hai. Possession date 2018-06-01 hai, toh already 5 saal se zyada ho gaye hain.
