Did a quick check on Skylark Arcadia Phase 2 last weekend for my own investment. I know what builders promise, but the actual rental yield here seems way lower than projected. My broker friends are saying capital appreciation has been slow too. Is anyone seeing decent ROI on their units, or is it mostly end-users now? Just wondering if I missed something.

Yaar, I saw the original post and felt the exact same way. Skylark Arcadia Phase 2 sounds good on paper, but my calculations also showed very low rental yields. For a completed project from 2018, I expected more stability. Is it just me, or are others also finding it hard to justify the ₹3.8 Cr starting price for the returns?
Nahi bhai, you're not alone. I checked it too, yields are pathetic. ₹3.8 Cr for that? No way
