Skylark Arcadia Phase 2 ka advertised price per sqft genuine hai, ya super area games? I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is tough. What's the *real* carpet area efficiency and rental potential there? RWA aur society ka kya scene hai after completion?

I almost booked with them a few years back for another project in Aavalahalli. Unka track record thoda mixed reviews wala hai. Carpet area efficiency pe bahut dhyaan dena, they tend to inflate super area. My friend faced issues with quality after possession.
