Skylo Tower's space premium isn't justified.
Did a site visit to ST Patricks The Skylo Tower last week, and I'm still processing the floor plans. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 107, Sohna, and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Honestly, brochure mein jo dikhta hai, aur actual carpet area mein thoda difference lag raha hai. I saw the sample flat, and for a 3BHK, it felt a bit... compact? Not sure if it's just me or if the layouts are generally less efficient there. My main concern is, is the price jump worth it for the actual usable space you get? Yaar, already home loan chal raha hai, so every sqft counts. Jo log wahan reh rahe hain, how do you find the apartment layout and carpet area efficiency? Does it feel spacious enough for daily living, ya bas on paper bada lagta hai? Any thoughts on noise levels inside the apartments too?
