Fed up of renting! Landlord raised rent *again*. I'm looking at Skytech Matrott and Radicon Vedantam. Skytech is complete, so no possession risk, right? But Radicon Vedantam seems cheaper per sqft. Is it worth saving a few lakhs but risking builder delays? Also, which one has better metro connectivity for daily commute? What do you guys think?
Okay I'll be honest – I'm torn between Skytech Matrott and Gaursons Hi Tech Grandeur 2. Both are completed projects in Noida, which is a plus. But the price difference is huge! Matrott is almost double the price. Is it really worth that much more? Grandeur 2 looks decent enough. I'm wondering about the carpet area efficiency and resale value. Anyone have experience with either? Which would you recommend for a family?

Unitech UGCC Burgundy ka price is quite high, almost double Skytech Matrott. Is it worth the extra cost? I'm thinking about rental yield. Skytech Matrott is ready to move, so instant rental income. Unitech UGCC, not so much. But maybe appreciation potential is higher? Carpet area efficiency wise, anyone compared? Also builder ka track record matters. Which one would you pick for long term ROI?
