₹60k rent every month for 5 years — bas ho gaya yaar, finally taking the plunge. I'm eyeing SLS Elite Homes for an investment property. Builder ka track record on construction quality, especially during the under-construction phase, kitna reliable hai? Site visits pe kya kya dekhna chahiye to gauge quality? Aur later on, resale value aur tenant attraction ke liye, clubhouse facilities kitni important hoti hain? Ya sirf ek fancy add-on hai? Does this actually impact ROI for investors?

Investment property ke liye clubhouse facilities bahut matter karti hain, especially for attracting good tenants. Aajkal log lifestyle dekhte hain, sirf ghar nahi. But ek concern hai, in facilities ka maintenance cost kitna aata hai? Does it eat into the rental yield too much?
Meri toh band baj gayi thi ek baar. Maine Adigara Kallahalli mein ek project dekha tha, builder ne bola sab ready hai. But jab possession mila, har cheez mein hidden cost. Finishing was pathetic, plumbing issues, electrical wiring ka toh poocho mat. SLS Elite Homes ka price range ₹53 L – ₹71 L hai, which is decent for 20 units, but make sure you check for extra charges like internal modifications, maintenance advance, etc. builders bahut clever hote hain.
Bhai, SLS Elite Homes toh actually completed project hai. Under-construction nahin hai. Maybe OP ko latest info nahin hai? But still, quality check toh important hai. Anyone here got possession already? Kaisa experience raha?
OC ka issue hai bro. My friend booked a unit in SLS Elite Homes, they got possession but OC is still pending for some blocks. Builder says it's a 'minor formality' but it's been months. This is a common tactic, so be careful.

Haan yaar, builder reputation is everything. Ek baar Sarthak Developers ke saath phans gaya tha, never again!
