Under-construction lene mein darr lag raha hai, honestly. SM Homes ka Sector 52 project dekha tha. Possession dates ka kya scene hai? My parents keep saying ready-to-move hi theek hai. Is it worth the extra cost, ya construction-linked plan mein risk lena chahiye? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
