SM Platina, Bengaluru – I'm looking at this project for investment. Based in Dubai, can't visit. What's the real rental yield like there? Is resale active or difficult? Concerned about long-term appreciation, yaar.

SM Platina? Yaar, investment ke liye soch rahe ho toh careful rehna. Builder ka track record kaisa hai? Puraani property hai with 2018 possession. Resale mein kitna time lagta hai aise projects mein? Aur Dubai se bina visit kiye final karna, seems like a big risk given the current market sentiments in Bengaluru.
Haan, resale mein toh pakka struggle hai. Old projects mein interest kam hota hai unless it's a prime location or super-premium. Buyers prefer newer amenities for similar prices now.
U1, totally agree. SM Platina builder ka naam toh theek hai but mixed reviews hain in general. Property 2018 ki hai, so primary market advantage toh gaya. Resale mein thodi difficulty aa sakti hai unless you price it aggressively, especially with the current market, jo thoda slow hai in that specific micro-market around Agrahara Layout, where new supply is also coming up.
