Small bedrooms in 3BHKs kill rental potential in Hyderabad.

Sattva Lake Ridge — I'm comparing their 3BHK floor plans. Currently in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading for better rental income, but usable carpet area seems low. Is their layout efficient for tenants, ya bedrooms chote hain? For an investor, does a specific floor plan really impact rental yield or resale value much in Hyderabad? Not sure if some layouts are harder to sell later. What's your take on their typical layouts?
