Small flats are the real luxury in Bangalore now, don't you agree?

₹70 lakh is our budget for a smaller 2BHK, after selling our big family home. Kids are settled, so we want something manageable, not a huge place anymore. Signature Classic in Bangalore is on our radar. It looks promising, but we really need to know about the actual livability. Is it genuinely a good home for older people, ya sirf marketing hai? Amenities mein elevator toh pakka chahiye, but are they reliable? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly neighbours hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Also, what about maintenance charges monthly, do they shoot up? Any residents please share your real experience?
