₹15 lakh for a flat in Bliss Saraswati Apartment seems almost too good to be true for Ghaziabad. I'm looking at it purely for investment, maybe a small rental income. It's a completed project, so delivery risk toh nahi hai. But I'm honestly not sure about its capital appreciation potential. Has anyone here invested there? What kind of actual rental yield (per month) can one expect from a 1BHK or 2BHK? My parents keep saying small ticket size investments are risky for resale. Is the resale market active for these budget apartments, ya ghost society ban jaati hai? What's the realistic ROI looking like after all costs?

Mera ek dost ne Abhay Khand mein aise hi ek low-budget project liya tha, possesssion ke baad builder ne society management ko poora support nahi kiya. Sahi keh rahe ho. Price toh theek lag raha hai, but location matter karti hai bahut. Kahan par hai exactly Bliss Saraswati? Main suna hai wahan connectivity ka issue hai, especially for daily commuters. Uska bhi rental pe effect padta hai.
Resale market in such budget segments is super slow. Meri ek friend ne liya tha, 3 saal se bechne ki koshish kar rahi hai, koi buyer nahi mil raha.

Aur usmein se society charges bhi nikaloge toh net income kam hi hogi. Capital appreciation bhi high-end projects mein hi hoti hai mostly.
