Smaller home, big worries at MR Heritage Tower?

Is MR Heritage Tower actually peaceful to live in daily, ya sirf brochure mein accha lagta hai? Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house for a smaller, manageable flat. I'm worried about the actual daily life. Is the society friendly? Noise levels ka kya scene hai? Don't want unexpected problems after moving. What's the real vibe there?
