Smaller home, bigger questions in Noida

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 137 and Sunpura. Kids have moved out, toh ab ek manageable 2BHK chahiye. Builders like GLS Infra kaafi floor-rise premium charge kar rahe hain. Is it really worth paying extra for a higher floor in a 2BHK around ₹80L? Ya secondary market mein koi better deal milegi? Hospital proximity is important for me.

Totally agree with you. I was looking at a GLS Infra project near Sunpura last month, and the premium for a 12th-floor unit was almost ₹5 lakh more than a 4th floor. For a 2BHK, I just couldn't justify it. Mera ek friend Alistonia Estate

Yaar, same pinch! Hum bhi Sector 137 mein dekh rahe hain. Yeh floor-rise premium toh bilkul samajh nahi aata, budget hil jaata hai.
