Smartworld One DXP 2 site visit – daily living ki reality check?
Did a site visit to Smartworld One DXP Phase 2 last Saturday. Honestly, project dekhne mein toh accha laga, but with the ₹6.30 Cr price tag, I'm really thinking hard if it's genuinely good for daily living. My kids are growing up fast, need a bigger place, and my wife's main priority is space and safety. The apartment layouts looked decent, but carpet area thoda tight laga for a 3BHK. They showed so many amenities – swimming pool, club house, kids' play area. But real mein kitna useful hain ye sab for daily life, ya sirf paper pe accha lagta hai? School proximity aur neighbourhood vibe bhi important hai for the children. What's your take on the actual amenity quality and livability there, especially from an end-user perspective? Should I push for better carpet area, ya itna theek hai?
