₹78L for Smartworld Orchard, possession was in March. We were shown amazing clubhouses and green areas during booking, but abhi toh half of it is still under construction, yaar. Seriously wondering if these promised amenities actually drive premium pricing for investors or if it's just marketing hype. Will tenants even care if the swimming pool and gym are just ghost facilities for months? Has anyone else faced this with their Sohna projects?
