Yaar, I'm also looking at Smartworld Orchard. The amenities like the golf putting green and mini-theatre sound great on paper, but I'm worried about the actual upkeep. Sohna mein kya sach mein itna use hoga in sab ka? Investor ke liye toh rentability main question hai.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Brochure mein sab kuch golden dikhta hai, real life mein sab dull ho jaata hai. Maintenance ka bill hi zyada aata hai.
