Totally agree! Especially at this price range (₹5.7 Cr – ₹7.5 Cr), you expect actual usable amenities, not just decorative plants. First-time buyer hoon, so bahut nervous lag raha hai.
Yaar, Smartworld ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Brochure mein toh sab gold plated dikhate hain, but reality mein green areas bas naam ke hote hain. Clubhouse bhi bas ek bada hall banake de dete hain. Bahut builders ka experience hai, Gurugram mein toh ye common hai.
