Smartworld The Edition mein rehna kaisa hai for actual families? Fed up of renting yaar, landlord ne rent fir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas brochure mein achha lagta hai? My budget is around ₹6.5 Cr for a 3 BHK, and this project looks decent on paper. But amenities ka kya scene hai? Gym, pool toh sab mein hota hai, but kids play area ya community spaces kitne useful hain? Matlab, daily life mein kitna kaam aate hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly neighbours milte hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Not sure if it's worth the premium just for the brand.

Price range ₹5.7 Cr – ₹7.5 Cr hai, toh 6.5 Cr is right in the middle. If you're okay with the 2031 possession and believe in the brand, go for it. Otherwise, there are other options. Kya decide kiya finally?
2031 possession date is a huge red flag for me, no matter how good the amenities sound. Current market conditions in Gurugram are already volatile, predicting 7 years ahead is impossible. Plus, construction delays are rampant. Isse better hai ki thoda aur stretch karke ya maybe Basai side mein koi ready-to-move ya near-possession project dekho. At least aapko pata hoga ki kya mil raha hai.

Dekho, location acchi hai in The Edition, aur amenities toh brochure mein top-notch lagti hain. Rent se toh better hi hoga, especially considering how much rent is increasing in Gurgaon. Value appreciation bhi toh dekhni padegi after 7 years.
