SMD Altezz residents: Share your daily living experience?
Honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to find a new flat after selling our big family home. My kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking at SMD Altezz. It's a completed project, seems manageable. But is it truly good for daily living? Not just on paper, you know? What's the society vibe like, and how are the maintenance charges? Also, are there good hospitals nearby? Any residents or past buyers, please share your experience.

For hospitals, there are a couple of good ones within 5-7 km, nothing super close walking distance but manageable by auto or car. The society is active, but like any large community (216 units!), there are always some internal politics. Kids have space to play, and security is okay. My biggest gripe is sometimes the water supply isn't consistent, but it's not a daily issue.

Yes, U2, that's a valid concern. Maintenance is a hidden cost often overlooked. My uncle booked a flat in Agrahara Layout, and they had a huge dispute with the builder over initial charges. Always get it in writing. About Altezz, I think the RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/171031/001082 gives some peace of mind regarding legality, but not necessarily cost.
