Totally agree with you, OP. My friend bought in Sector 89, not Orris, but similar issues. Possession late, then a never-ending list of fixes. Especially for someone investing from Dubai, it's a huge headache. You'll need someone trustworthy
Bhai, Orris Greenopolis ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Snag list toh chhodho, possession mein hi itni der ki thi. Investor returns toh pehle hi khatam ho gaye honge.
