Snag lists separate good builders from bad

₹35k rent every month for 7 years, I'm finally fed up. Looking to buy a 2BHK and seriously considering Meenakshi High Life Towers. My main concern is the snag list process. Builder walkthroughs pe kya kya dekhte hain log? Matlab, possession ke time pe, kya major issues aate hain jo builders try to hide? I'm not sure what to look for beyond obvious cracks. How thorough should my inspection be? Has anyone had experience with their post-possession fixes? Do they actually fix things properly or just do a patch job? Kya tips hain for a first-time buyer to ensure quality before taking over? Don't want to regret it later, yaar.
