My lease ends in 6 months, and I'm looking at Sattva Lake Ridge for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself. Everyone talks about the snag list process, but honestly, I think it's mostly a waste of time. Builders just do patch-up jobs, and then you get cracks or seepage after a year anyway. Does anyone actually get proper fixes, or is it just a formality? Worried about long-term maintenance and tenant issues. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree, yaar! Snagging is just a formality. My cousin booked a flat near Attapur, builder showed them everything perfect, but after 6 months, seepage started in the bathroom. What's the point of a snag list if they don't fix it properly? Builders just want to close the deal.
Exactly! My friend bought a flat in Begumpet. Snagging mein 20 defects nikle. Builder ne bola 'kar denge'. Jab possession mila, 5 cheeze
