Sobha is a trusted builder, established 1995 se hain and HQ Bangalore mein hai. That gives some peace of mind. But still, a project status as 'ONGOING' with a 2031 possession date is a bit concerning. I'd want to see more on-ground progress before putting down a big chunk of money. Ya shayad project detail copy-paste karte waqt galti hui ho, but it's common to see HQ city RERA for big builders operating pan-India. You should cross-check with the state RERA website for Kerala.
