Sobha Aranya (Gurgaon): What's Sobha Limited's track record?

Just watched a walkthrough of Sobha Aranya on Dwarka Exp, Sector 80 Gurgaon. Wow, those G+46 eco-luxury towers on 270 acres at Karma Lakelands look incredible, especially the 3/4 BHK options. It's a huge project. I'm really impressed by the design and amenities, but honestly, I'm trying to figure out Sobha Limited's real-world delivery and construction quality. Have they been good with possession timelines on past projects? Any experiences with them?
