Kya kisi ne Sobha Brooklyn Towers ka yeh latest video dekha hai? I just watched the Studio to 2BHK review for Electronic City. Honestly, the project looks quite good. I'm checking it out from an investment angle. Lag raha hai ki Electronic City mein growth potential toh hai, but I'm not sure about the actual appreciation and rental yield for these units, especially Phase 4 W4. Kya aap logon ko lagta hai ki current pricing long-term returns ke liye sahi hai?
