Sobha Brooklyn Towers Town Park Phase 4 W4 — just moved in last month, possession was a bit of a rush. Things nobody told me about the actual handover process were quite a surprise, tbh. The flat itself is good. But the noise from ongoing construction nearby is real. What's the community vibe like for others who've moved in? Does it get better? Also, how are people finding the air quality around here, honestly? Not sure if it's just me, but it feels a bit dusty sometimes.

Oh man, same experience here with another Sobha project in Adigara Kallahalli! The rush during possession is standard practice for them, I guess. Noise from ongoing work is a major headache.
