Sobha City: Water and traffic reality check

Possession was in March for my 3BHK in Sobha City. Honestly, things nobody told me about the water supply. How reliable is municipal water in Thanisandra, or is it mostly borewell dependent? Also, the commute to Whitefield is already tough. Does it get worse near Manyata Tech Park during peak hours? Any alternate route suggestions?
