Sobha Crescent amenities are grossly oversold

I'm genuinely frustrated with how Sobha Crescent's amenities are presented. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 62, thinking of upgrading, but their brochure promises seem so far from reality. What amenities are actually functional and useful daily? Is the clubhouse even fully operational? It feels like we're paying a huge premium for things that barely exist. Did anyone else experience this huge gap?
